Hi my name is Samantha and my dad’s name is Kevin. The inspiration for building the backyard dory was we wanted a boat but we did not want to buy one. So we decided to build one. We love the water and the ocean, we also like to go fishing. When it came to naming the boat we decided on Elizabeth Lynn. Elizabeth is my sister’s middle name and Lynn is my middle name.
